The listed ship out date is only an estimate and does not guarantee that that item will be shipped within the listed ship out date due to stock errors, weather, acts of god, shipping errors, geographical problems, item disputes, ETC.

At fullboostracing we want you to be satisfied with you purchase, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with any of your products you may return or exchange them under these conditions:
All merchandise sold by fullboostracing.com is only subject to manufacturer's warranty and conditions, if any are offered, and are subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair, or replacement of merchandise at any time.
All fullboostracing.com manufactured products are subject to a 30-day fullboostracing.com warranty excluding: light bulbs, electrical components, or product(s) that require the use of electrical current. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by the customer's abuse, negligence, improper use or instillation, product mishandling, or defect caused in transit.
The customer will also be responsible for all shipping costs not less then or limited to, the shipping of product(s) to fullboostracing.com, the shipping of product(s) to the manufacturer and the shipping back to the customer. Unless it is determined that the reasonability of "reimbursement" of shipping cost to the customer falls on fullboostracing.com and/or the product(s) manufacture.
No warranty on light bulbs, electrical components, or product(s) that require the use of electrical current all these types of products are sold AS IS and may not be returned after purchase.
All warranty's will be void if the defect was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, improper use or instillation, product mishandling, or defect caused in transit.
No labor or inconvenience claim will be reimbursed in any warranty claims by fullboostracing.com.
We highly recommend that you always keep your stock parts for as long as you own your vehicle. Therefore, fullboostracing.com is not responsible if your car is inoperable or unsafe due to returning the product(s) for any warranty claim.
All returned products must have a
RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION #
also know as an
RMA#
Issued by fullboostracing.com. any warranty claim will be refused without a valid RMA number.

| 2. Warranty Returns And Exchanges^ |

Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 10 Calendar days from receipt of merchandise. No exception will be made at any time.
All authorized return merchandise with a RMA# must be unused and in it's original sealed packaging, All shipping packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions and hardware MUST be returned. Your Invoice and/or Packing Slip must also be returned. The merchandise must be in sellable condition, if the item is not determined to be un sellable it will be shipped back to you and your original billing method will be billed to reimburse fullboostracing.com for all shipping charges.
All returns must be sent Prepaid - no collect shipments will be accepted. Be sure to purchase insurance for all returned parts for it's full value to protect yourself against loss with the carrier (we are not reasonable for damage by the carrier). If you send a shipment Collect to fullboostracing.com, it will be refused by us no exceptions. If by error we did not refuse at the time of delivery, your credit card will be charged for the shipping charges based on which carrier and which service choose to use.
No return or exchange on Wheels and Tires that were shipped mounted and balanced at no time, no exceptions.
All returned or exchanged items are subject to a 25% Re-stocking fee.
No refunds on Shipping charges at no time, no exceptions.

| 3. Non-Warranty Returns And Exchanges ^ |

You must inspect your parcel carefully before signing for package, we insure all new orders for the shipper you select when ordering. Once the delivery driver leaves its up to you to resolve the issue with the shipper we are unable at assist at that point. Note any irregularities or damage to the delivery driver and on the delivery receipt before singing for the shipment. If the package is in good condition, open it immediately and check for hidden damages or missing items.
If you should receive parts damaged by the Shipping you selected, you must contact the shipper within 24 hours or claim can not be filed. If you would like help with contacting the shipper "Contact Us" at any time.
In the event you need to return an item to fullboostracing.com please retain all original packaging, including packing materials and original shipping carton with all original shipping receipts or extra documentation to use during you return.
Do Not return damaged items without an RMA# if you do so your return or exchange will be rejected for receiving. |

| 4. Damaged Shipments ^ |

Please open your order immediately upon receipt. Check your invoice for errors for backordered items. Backorder parts will come in a separate box. Inspect packing list with the products shipped to verify all items listed match what acutely in the shipment.
If shortages are found, please inspect box for split, crack, tears, or abnormal openings. If there are any items missing please Notify the delivery driver, make a note on the shipping receipt, and "Contact Us" immediately. |
