DSM 2g BIG (Racing) Front Mount Intercooler (core only)

Made from a new 28inwide x 10.5inhi x 3inthk side to side flow core. End tanks are 1/8in thk aluminum. Inlet and outlet are 2 1/2india. beaded tube. The IC is all TIG welded. Keep your A/C. Minor trimming of bumper is required. Stock fog lights go. Bracket is included to relocate the coolant overflow bottle to old side-mount location. Requires relocation or removal of PS cooling line (and Automatic Trans cooler). Must replace AC fan (drivers side) with low profile unit - see below. Pipes include all couplings, clamps and fasteners.

IC hangs from existing radiator core support holes and new holes under front frame. Note the standard lower pipe set is made for down flow turbo compressors like the Mitsu 20g, Garrett's, and many others. It includes a 2in to 2 1/4in dia. steel elbow and couplings (not the rubber elbow shown).

Upper IC Connection: Cut a 2 5/8in hole in the radiator core support and connect the two-piece pipe which replaces the throttle body elbow and fits under the Compressor Intake Pipe Choose your favorite BOV flange from 1gDSM, Greddy, Blitz, HKS, Apex'i and Turbo XS.
